At Hook and Anchor, we work hard to process and ship your order quickly and accurately. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the item and destination.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected
- Delivery destination
Free shipping promotions (if offered) apply only to qualifying orders and shipping methods.
Backorders & Split Shipments
If an item is temporarily out of stock:
- We may ship available items first and ship the remaining items once available, or
- We may contact you with updated availability information
You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments due to stock availability.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States
- Certain oversized, hazardous, or manufacturer-restricted items may require special handling and longer transit times.
- Some items may not be eligible for expedited shipping.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Keep all packaging materials
- Provide photos of the damage for claims processing
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact us promptly so we can assist with a carrier claim.
Return Policy

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
How to Start a Return

Once approved, we will issue return instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be new, unused, and complete
- Items must be in original packaging
- Products must be in resalable condition
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Special-order or non-stock items
- Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography products (unless defective)
- Items that have been installed, used, or altered
- Electronics
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Items requiring warranty service after use may need to be handled directly through the manufacturer. We will assist you with manufacturer warranty information when applicable.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Any applicable fee will be disclosed at the time of return approval.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after receipt
